I think you are doing a great job…I had some problems with delivery but mainly due to local post office and I have experienced the excellent service that was given to me by your company and the seller.

First time ordering from a third-party vendor. Order arrived on time but I had to send it back for other reasons. The return procedure went better than I expected. Amazon kept in touch with me thru the whole return process via email. Very pleased with how the whole order was handled.

Watch works fine – the problem was getting it delivered to me. This was just a painful experience made worse by Amazon who proved much less service minded that I had hoped – I asked for help for a refund as the goods never arrived but they didn’t even bother to reply to the questions I asked them and passed me on to the supplier who also wasn’t very forthcoming – you get the picture. So the Suunto watch is fine but be careful when buying from an Amazon approved supplier.

Watch is very helpful for comparing different swings and evaluating what you did to make the ball go where it did. A little bulky for use off the course, but not a problem otherwise.

The Suunto Golf watch was exactly what I wanted. The watch is good looking and generates quite a bit of discussion when I show it to others. It does take some time to learn how to use it. More detailed instructions would be helpful as this is a sophisticated instrument.
