Try not to get caught up in seeing how fast you can swing(that is a danger). But if you use this tool to monitor your swing speed during your normal practice sessions it can definitely help you tell what works and what doesn't when it comes to improving your swing speed. I also believe it is very accurate as the swing speed readings are virtually identical to what I've seen for my swing on a Trackman launch monitor. I'm having a lot of fun with this in the backyard, hitting wiffle balls. It gives you instant, objective feedback on what type of adjustments increase swing speed. Five stars all the way.
