The original swingsetter at half the cost was twice as good. They should discontinue this product and go back to the original!

Although the original Swingsetter was a good product, the Swing Setter Pro is a distinct improvement–in my opinion, worth the additional cost. The ability to hit golf balls with the club is a hugh plus. I have been playing golf for over 50 years and have tried many of the training aids for golf. As I get older, keeping my tempo and rhythm have become difficult, resulting in power- and -consistency robbing defects that have crept into my swing.
This training aid has enabled me to get my swing back on tempo. Using it helps to achieve a correct wrist cock, proper setting of the club at the top of the back swing, and better control of the wrist break on the downswing with release of the club head through impact. Being able to see the result when the ball achieves the correct flight and trajectory is immensely satisfying. And I have regained a notable increase in distance. The specially designed grip ensures that the hands are correctly placed on the club.
Having said all of the above, training devices work differently for different people. No training club alone will cure all swing defects or replace a teaching pro. if you have trouble with grip, timing, tempo, rhythm, proper setting of the club during the back swing, or release of the club face through the hitting area, this training club should help. And be sure to review and practice the drills shown in the enclosed instructional DVD.
